3.3 No Guarantees

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

• Maintain any required licenses, certifications, or authorizations.
• Abide by the Platform's Provider Agreement, which governs your relationship with us.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain services on the Platform may involve fees. All fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are communicated at the time of transaction. Provider fees are set by the Providers and are not controlled by us. We may charge platform fees for our services, which will be clearly disclosed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EB-3 Visa Marketplace or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
